For the second Friday in a row students in the Vista school region got an early start to their weekend activities. Last Friday students were dismissed at 11 a.m. Today, schools never opened their doors. Snow and blowing snow throughout the Bonavista Peninsula and Clarenville regions is making for poor driving conditions.
