RCMP in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, are requesting the public's assistance in identifying a man found deceased.
On Dec. 5, 2011, the RCMP received report of a man found
deceased in a wooded area off Highway 104 in Lower South River. The man
did not have identification; however, appeared to be approximately
50-years-old and may have been transient.
 He was wearing black Dakota-brand hiking boots (size 10.5),
Wrangler-brand jeans (30x30) with a belt, Athletic Works black and grey
light jacket and was also wearing glasses. He was Caucasian with
brown/grey hair, a moustache, approximately 5'8" in height and
approximately 160 lbs. Of note, the man had one kidney surgically
removed.  
 RCMP are requesting anyone with information on the identification of
this man to please contact Antigonish RCMP at 902-863-6500. For
