Santa Claus parade held in Clarenvile

Topics :
Clarenville , Santa Claus Parade

It was, by most estimates, the biggest Santa Claus Parade ever held in Clarenville.

The parade stretched for at least a kilometer, from beginning to end, and in between were all manner of characters and floats to celebrate the Christmas season.

There were mummers, Ginerbread men, manger scenes, penguins, toy boxes, marching bands and dancers, as well as clowns and even a live band on one float.

Check back to www.thepacket.ca later for more photos from the parade and watch Thursday's print edition for the feature.
