Tricentia senior girls win fifth-straight provincial banner

BISHOP’S FALLS, N.L.

The Tricentia Sr. Girls volleyball team is on a roll.

Representing the Arnold’s Cove school, the team won its fifth-straight School Sports Newfoundland and Labrador AAA volleyball banner at a competition in Pasadena this past weekend.

The final game came down to a 21-25, 25-21,15-13 win against Leo Burke Academy from Bishop’s Falls.

Sarah Trowbridge was tournament MVP for Tricentia and Kallie Best won the sportsmanship award.
